New to Padel?
Padel is an energetic, social, and easy-to-learn sport typically played in doubles on an enclosed court roughly a third of the size of a tennis court. It's fantastic for all fitness levels!
Padel Equipment
You don’t need specialist equipment when you first start — comfortable trainers and a rental racket are absolutely fine. If you begin playing regularly, though, padel shoes and your own racket are worthwhile upgrades.
Padel shoes provide better grip, stability and support for quick changes of direction, which may also help reduce the risk of injury. Your own racket can improve comfort, control and consistency and help you develop your game.
